How do l know what size to buy?

Simply measure from your pets collar to the base of their tail and refer to our size chart on the product page.

Do I have to take the recovery suit off every time my pet needs the toilet?

No, you do not have to take off or roll the suit up every time your pet needs the toilet. All of our recovery suits come with a pre-stitched opening for male and female toileting. Take a look at product page for more info.

How long will l have to wait for my order to be delivered?

All orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 working days and Express shipping takes 2-5 working days. Of course the delivery time all depends on where you live in Australia.

Can I wash the recovery suit?

Yes, absolutely. A quick wash on a 30c cycle is best. Drying doesn't take long, but if you need the suit back on your pet quickly a low setting tumble dry is fine.
